Overview:
As a Burns Sales Team member your responsibility is to represent the company and sell the product that the company carries by helping to create a fun, happy, helpful environment. In addition to providing exemplary client service to the patrons of the store, you will be required to have a strong commitment to service, a genuine interest in people, product knowledge, quality, style sensibility and exceptional selling skills. The ideal candidate also understands how to be a team player, is self-motivated, goal-oriented and eager to learn.

Qualifications:
· Previous retail, preferably luxury retail, experience
· Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
· Proven track record in achieving sales results
· Ability to work with a diverse client base
· Availability and flexibility to work weekends, holidays and events to meet the needs of the business
